Can Portable Magnetic Resonance Detect Sugar Adulteration in Lokum? A preliminary study

Turkish Delight is a famous soft candy but is also open to sugar adulteration. Since there are no current techniques to determine the sugar solution used to make the confectionary, which is inexpensive, rapid, suitable for non-experts, and does not require sample pretreatment, portable magnetic resonance has promising results.
